A picture speaks a thousand words
We can help you source stock photography for your project, or we can use your existing photographs and edit them with Photoshop to enhance them. Typical tasks include removing backgrounds, scaling and cropping, colour/density correction, under/over-exposed images, removing imperfections, facial retouching, removal of blemishes and much more. We know Photoshop inside out, so if you are looking at something more complicated, you should check out our Graphic Design services.
Alternatively, we can provide bespoke photography to illustrate your products and services or represent your business and employees.
Product Photography
We specialise in studio based product photography for websites. This is particularly important for e-commerce websites. Without the ability to pick up and see products for themselves, your website visitors rely on your product photography to understand the quality of your brand. 93% of consumers report product images to be essential to their purchasing decisions.
There are two main types of images for e-commerce: product shots and lifestyle images. Ideally, your website should include both for each product you sell.
Product images are generally best clean-cut showing your product alone against a plain, usually white background and enable the customer to see different angles, colours or zoom in to view detail at high resolution.
Lifestyle images are equally as important. They grab attention, generate desire and illustrate to customers how to interact with your products. In addition, they help to create an emotional bond. We can provide models for Lifestyle Images and projects such as Hair & Beauty, or Clothing photography or Corporate websites.
Lifestyle Images

Profile shots
Personal profile photographs are increasingly important in the visual age of Websites, LinkedIn, Twitter and other business orientated Social Media.
Premises photography
The image your business portrays is reflected in the impression it gives to potential customers. We provide interior and exterior photography of your facilities.
Product or Service Portfolios
Illustrating your products and services in a photographic portfolio is a very powerful method of communicating what you do. A portfolio can enhance the impact of your website considerably. Whether you are a hairdresser, tattoo artist, builder or taxidermist, when you illustrate your product or service it helps to communicate your message and engage with your client. Think of it as your visual C.V.
We develop great portfolios that show off your services and your business at their best. We can often use your existing photographs and edit them with Photoshop to enhance their quality.
Showcase the quality of your work
If you supply Turf, a photographic portfolio can show the quality of the finished results.
Demonstrate your experience
If you are a Steel Fixer, a photographic portfolio of jobs you have completed can demonstrate your competence and experience.
TIPS & TRICKS
Although we are skilled at creating portfolios, we can only work with the material you have to offer us.
Unfortunately we cannot be around every time you have just completed your best ever piece of work, so a great bit of advice is - start taking photographs yourself and keep a record of projects that you are proud of and want to share with the world.
Cameras on modern mobile phones are excellent, packed with automatic features which make it easy to take a good quality photographic record of your work.
- Try to avoid using filters and take care with the composition.
- Take a few shots from different angles and think about what is in the foreground and background.
- Don't just take the 'end product' as in many cases 'before' and 'after' shots can illustrate the impact your input has made.
- If there is something cluttering up your shot, move it!
As well as showing prospective clients your services in an online portfolio, a photographic record of completed projects or new events is a great source of content material for your Blog posts which can in turn be automatically shared to Social Media as part of your ongoing digital marketing campaign to increase visitors to your website. The more material you can give us to work with, the better we can help you.
So get taking those photos!
We would love to hear from you.
